Baabdat 3128 project is a renovation and remodelling project that is located on a beautiful hill in a green area of North Metn.

The initial project consisted of a photography studio in the  first and second basement using both floors double high  space and two residential floors above. The new requirements for the renovated project are to provide three residential units and a basement floor to serve  as parking and service area.

New spaces were created to provide night & day zones in a clear and defined manner and an external stair is added to attach the extra master bedroom with the night zone.
