YASREF Phase I

YASREF phase I project is located in Yanbu KSA, it consists of a recreation centre, a mosque, 5 types of villas and 4 building types with all the necessary infrastructure.

Our mission was to direct the team of TYA to develop the superstructure of the project designed by HOK to comply with RCY (Royal commission of Yanbu), the international norms and regulations in: architecture, structure and electromechanical drawings. The mission was successfully  achieved in five months of work.
