A duplex completely reimagined through a contemporary architectural approach.
The project began with a full strip-out of the existing apartment, removing all obsolete electrical and plumbing installations, aluminum works, flooring and tiling, finishes, and non-structural elements — while preserving the existing structural system and service shafts.
From this structural framework, the apartment was fully remodeled and rebuilt, introducing a new architectural language, refined spatial organization, contemporary materials, and carefully integrated MEP systems.
Every element was reconsidered — from the distribution of spaces and circulation to lighting, finishes, detailing, and material selection — transforming the existing duplex into a modern, cohesive and highly functional home.
